  • We use the data (Yahia, 2013) give for the site occupancy of oxygen and hydrogen (0.399). The oxygen ($4c$) atom can be replaced by fluorine, in which case the hydrogen ($4c$) atom is not present. Approximately 80% of the first ($4c$) site is oxygen, with the remainder being hydrogen.
  • Space group $Pnn2$ #34 allows an arbitrary choice of the origin of the $z$–coordinate. Here we use this to put the manganese atom at the origin, setting $z_{1} = 0$.

Simple Orthorhombic primitive vectors:

\[ \begin{array}{ccc} \mathbf{a}_1 & = & a \, \mathbf{\hat{x}} \\ \mathbf{a}_2 & = & b \, \mathbf{\hat{y}} \\ \mathbf{a}_3 & = & c \, \mathbf{\hat{z}} \\ \end{array} \]

Basis vectors:
